Our museology books, like The Evolution of Museological Paradigms and Museums of the Future, uncovered stories behind artifacts that demanded to be told differently—not as scholarship, but as fiction. The bookstore, already a space for cultural exploration, became the launchpad for this creative shift. We began crafting novels that weave history, art, and human emotion into narratives that captivate, drawing on the same passion for storytelling we found in museum exhibits.

Our debut, Strokes in the Dark, follows Detective Marcus Reed unraveling an art theft through the enigmatic Elena Voss, with galleries and paintings as vivid backdrops. The Knight’s Spear transports readers to a castle where a maid navigates secrets and temptation, its historical depth mirroring museum archives. Ashes in the Hearth unfolds in a Yorkshire village library, where Eleanor and a stranger confront grief, evoking the quiet power of artifacts. Echo Over the Bridge explores Emily’s haunted past in misty Cotswold, its stone bridge a symbol of timeless stories.

Why Fiction Matters

Fiction transforms the intellectual core of museology—objects and their histories—into emotional narratives. These stories, from the suspense of Strokes in the Dark to the introspection of Echo Over the Bridge, invite readers to engage with the past personally. Available in our store or online via Gumroad, our novels extend our mission to make cultural stories resonate deeply.
